SecurePACS includes supported end-to-end encrypted PACS workflows. Client-side encryption is designed to protect medical data before it is sent over the internet to infrastructure providers. For local DICOM connectivity, the SecurePACS Vault Gateway handles the encryption of PHI within your secure zone.
- The service can be accessed through a web app, mobile apps and desktop apps.
- Browser-generated public and private EC keys provide account cryptography.
- Private keys are encrypted with a password-derived key and used on the client side.
- In supported secure sharing flows, data sent between users is encrypted with the receiver's public key.
